What can I return?
You can return most items under the terms and conditions outlined in "Our returns policy" within 30 calendar days of delivery, unless the right to return is excluded from the applicable regulations.
When will I receive my refund?
In most cases, the refund will be issued within 5-7 working days from the date when the returned item reaches us. Bear in mind that it may take up to two weeks from sending the item to its arrival at our returns depot.
Does Genesi SRL offer replacement products?
Genesi SRL may offer replacement with products of the same type (where available) when the items received are defective and do not conform to the purchase contract, pursuant to legal guarantees. If the product you receive is not defective but you want to change the colour or size, you should:

- request authorisation for the change,
- return the product to Genesi srl Via Walter Tobagi, 37, Casaloldo, Mantova 46040 IT
- once we receive the item, Geneis will send the new one.
