Products purchased may be delivered in several ways:
- Delivery to the customer's home at the address specified in the order. For PayPal payments only, the shipping address is the one chosen by the customer at the time of payment, and not the address of the account holder or an address requested by email. Home delivery requires a signature of acceptance from the recipient or another authorised person. In the event of failure to deliver due to the recipient's absence, a note will be left by the carrier (a copy of the waybill); it is then up to the customer to contact the carrier as soon as possible to arrange delivery or collection from their depot.
- Delivery held for collection: you can have the parcel delivered to the local depot of the carrier with our Pick-up service. If the package is not collected, it will be kept for the free period offered by the individual carrier and then disposed of.
On receipt of your delivery, we recommend checking the parcel is undamaged. If something is wrong, you should inform the carrier, detailing the problem, and refuse delivery, or keep the parcel and write "conditional acceptance" on the receipt to be signed and returned to the carrier. Otherwise you will forfeit the opportunity to exercise your rights under insurance against damage, whether requested specifically or already included in the shipping service.
Failure to collect items within the free storage period (different for each carrier) will entail payment by the customer of costs sustained by the seller (paperwork and storage costs at the carrier's premises).
